ONLINE REGISTRATION is now open (Jan 20, 2012) for the 2012 season!
AGE / LEVEL INFORMATION: (age ON or BEFORE April 30, 2012)
5 – 6 years old :: Shetland (t-ball)
7 – 8 years old :: Pinto (coach-pitch)
9 – 10 years old :: Mustang (player-pitch)
11 – 12 years old :: Bronco (player-pitch)
13 – 15 years old :: Babe Ruth (player-pitch)
REGISTRATION FEE(S) :: 2012 Season
Shetland (T-Ball) :: $105.00*
Pinto (Coach-Pitch) :: $110.00*
Mustang (Player-Pitch) :: $130.00*
Bronco (Player-Pitch) :: $130.00*
Babe Ruth (Player-Pitch) :: $160.00*
NOTE: Shetland and Pinto divisions may request a specific COACH for team placement; Mustang, Bronco, and Babe Ruth divisions are subject to the Draft (no coach preference allowed).
*Fees are subject to change and will be posted at the time of registration. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to each registration after February 20, 2012. A $35.00 fee will be charged for NSF checks written to SPWAA for registration, concessions, or apparel.

Refund Policy:
· 50% refund before the March 1, 2012
· After March 1, 2012, there is no refund for non-injury*
· Late registration fees are non-refundable; minimum $15 refund fee
· Refund requests must be made in writing to registrar@spwaa.org
*more details available / doctor’s note required for injury refunds; injury refunds are pro-rated.

2012 EVALUATIONS :: Saturday, Feb 25, 2012 @ CK Jr High
Mustang / Age 9 :: 2:30 – 4:15 pm
Mustang / Age 10 :: 12:45 – 2:30 pm
Bronco / Age 11 :: 10:15 am - 12:30 pm
Bronco / Age 12 :: 8:00 – 10:15 am
Babe Ruth / Age 13 :: 4:30 – 5:45 pm
Babe Ruth / Ages 14-15 :: 5:45 – 7:30 pm
- You may attend a different evaluation session if you absolutely cannot make the assigned evaluation age/time.
- Wear gym shoes (no cleats), athletic clothing, and bring a baseball glove. Bats are optional. Batting helmets will be provided.
- No food allowed in gym; water only.
- No evaluations for Shetland or Pinto levels (unless they have requested to play up).
- Play-Up Requests must be received by no later than 14 days before evluations or the first day of games, whichever is SOONER. For Play-Up Request form, click here.
- Age verification (state issued ID, passport, or birth certificate) is required for all players. Fax birth certificate to 1-866-719-1895 or email to Registrar@spwaa.org –within 7 days of registration.
- Coach requests taken for Shetland and Pinto levels only; no “carpool” requests.
- Siblings will be placed together (IF they are eligible for same division) –PLEASE NOTE SIBLING(S) ON REGISTRATION.
- Mustang, Bronco, and Babe Ruth levels are subject to the Draft.
