Levels AA – D :: $125.00* per player
Levels E - EE :: $105.00* per player
*Registration fees are subject to change and will be updated and/or posted prior to registration opening on Oct 7, 2012.
Please check our boundary map to see if your player is eligible to play in Silverdale. Boundary requirements are in affect and strictly enforced for this Pee Wee sport. Check the BOUNDARY MAP below. If you do not live within our boundaries, your player is NOT eligible to play for SPWAA basketball [or football] and may NOT register to play for Silverdale Pee Wees. ONLINE REGISTRATION will begin October 7, 2012 for the 2012-13 season –save time and $$ by registering online at NO ADDITIONAL COST from the convenience of your own home. Registration closes November 30, 2012 –or when divisions fill. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to all registrations after November 17, 2012.
Refund Policy :: read carefully!!
· Minimum $15.00 refund fee applies to all refunds, including Buyers Remorse, Injury, or otherwise.
· “Buyer’s Remorse” (full) refund within 48 hours of registration. Refund fee of $15.00 still applies. Request for “Buyer’s Remorse” refund MUST be made via email within 48 hours of registration. (All registrations and refund request emails are time and date stamped.) Request must be made via email to Registrar@spwaa.org
· 50% refund is available until the first date of practices (December 1); refund request must be made via email to Registrar@spwaa.org.
· After December 1, there is no refund for non-injury*. Injury refunds will be pro-rated after practices begin on December 1, 2012.
· Late registration fees are non-refundable
· Refund requests must be made in writing to registrar@spwaa.org
· A doctor’s note on letterhead is required for all injury refund requests.
· All gear, uniforms, and equipment, etc must be returned to SPWAA before any refund is issued.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENT: Every new SPWAA player is required to provide proof of age (i.e. copy of official birth certificate, passport, or state-issued I.D.) at time of registration. Players that do not submit proof of age will not be allowed to participate in games. Boundary requirements are in affect for this S.P.W.A.A. sport. Check the BOUNDARY MAP (below; bottom of page).

UNIFORMS (jerseys only) are provided. A $40.00 uniform deposit (check or cash) will be due at time of uniform issue. January dates for jersey issue will be announced in late December. Every player will be required to turn in his/her jersey at the end of his/her season and will receive an SPWAA Basketball t-shirt!
Other information…
- Play-Up Requests must be received by November 15, 2012 to allow for evaluations. For Play-Up Request form, click here.
- Age verification (state issued ID, passport, or birth certificate) is required for all players. Fax birth certificate to 1-866-719-1895 or email to Registrar@spwaa.org –within 7 days of registration.
- Siblings will be placed together (IF they are eligible for same division) –PLEASE NOTE SIBLING(S) ON REGISTRATION in the COACH PREFERENCE box.

AGE LEVEL INFORMATION: (player’s age on August 31, 2012) according to Kitsap County Pee Wees Assoc rules and regulations. Under-age players (4 and below) may not register.
